i love this idea! i love how tom katsumi takes something digital — the old
bbc test card — and reinterprets it in embroidery.
it's fascinating how the colors appear in our eyes/brain, even though they’re made of physical threads, not light. i guess, the black background does the trick, and maybe the fact that the treads are shiny.
